The views were breathtaking and the room was very comfortable and clean. A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Mosquitoes had a field day at the hotel, and the staff's mosquito-fighting skills were truly remarkable.

The entertainment team made sure we never had a dull moment, with awesome sports activities and shows that kept us laughing and having a blast. And let's not forget about the Fun for Life program for kids, which made it even more fun for our younger friends. Plus, the view from the resort was seriously unreal, giving us Instagram-worthy shots of the gulf and the beautiful islands of Caprera and La Maddalena. It was like living in a dream!

If there's one thing we would've wanted more of, it's a better nightlife scene for us young party animals. The resort had amazing entertainment during the day, but the evenings were a bit too chill for our taste.

We had a good stay in a long time. The hotel was high-class and unusual, our room was comfy, enjoyed it. We walked everywhere, the location was good, to the center of palau.

Its location just a short stroll away from La Sciumara was stunning and amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was budget-friendly but still had a nice appearance. The stunning view from the terrace and the beautiful surroundings added to the overall positive experience. The location was perfect for exploring nearby areas and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Was hoping to be closer to the beach but had a good pool and was close to Palau ferry to la maddalena. Chosen because it is near Porto cervo but ended up enjoying other beaches in maddalena and la coggi, car is essential. Good base for exploring the Beth end of sardenia and la maddalena.

Not really a beach resort (not that close) but you will undoubtedly need a car anyways and the best beaches are worth driving and exploring for.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Palau called Lh Porto Rafael Altura Resort. It was a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, just a short 6-minute walk from a beautiful beach with stunning views. The owners, management, and staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The room itself was unique and had an interesting layout, making it comfortable and clean. it was a great stay!

Pros of our stay were the affordable room rate , stunning Sardinian architecture, friendly and helpful staff, and great location with a 7-minute walk to the beach and close proximity to the town. The hotel manager was amazing, providing excellent customer service and even arranging our airport transfer himself. The staff went above and beyond, offering their own water and preparing a lovely breakfast platter for us to take to our room when we arrived late. The area surrounding the hotel is breathtaking, with astonishing beaches just a short drive away. We had a super enjoyable stay!

As foreign tourists, we loved the charming Sardinian architecture, the close proximity to the beach and town, and the beautiful greenery surrounding the hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Anna, who gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing. The individual properties with private outside areas and stunning views were a delightful touch. The air conditioning in the rooms was excellent and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. The pool, restaurant, and value-for-money dinner options were also highlights. We particularly enjoyed the delicious croissants at breakfast.

We felt incredibly cared for during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The room was nicely furnished and immaculately clean and there were facilities, including central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

The double bedroom and living room at LH Porto Rafael Altura Resort were perfect for me as a low-budget traveller. The room had a cosy vibe, and the double sofa bed was a great addition for families. I loved how the air-conditioned room provided a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a hairdryer and courtesy set was a bonus.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the distribution of the 171 rooms between the main building and the marine area. But hey, that's just me!
